Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.


 

How to Request a Return – Step by Step

1. Go to our website
– Click on Menu → Request a Return
 Log in using the email you used when placing your order 
– Select the item(s) you want to return and submit your request


2. Return the item
– Send the item to the return address provided on the packing slip
– The return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order
– You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost


3. Send us return details
– Email us a photo or PDF of the return label
– Include the tracking number and shipping carrier used


4. Receive your refund
– Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund
– The amount should arrive in your account within 10 business days

 

Return Requirements

After notifying us of your wish to withdraw, you must return the items within 14 days. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Our return address is provided on the packing slip included in your order.
Please return the item to that address when using your right of withdrawal or making a return.

 

Refunds

Once we have received the returned items, or you have provided documentation that they have been sent, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost (but not the return shipping).
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

 

Deductions for Use

If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to examine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduced value.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days, and we will make it right.

You can choose between:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

Photos may be required to verify the issue.

 

Missed Communication

If you have previously contacted us regarding an issue and did not receive a response due to an oversight on our part, you are entitled to a full refund at any time. We sincerely apologize for any missed messages and will always honor valid refund requests in such cases.
